About Me

Hello and Welcome,Mommy & Her Boys

My name is Teena and I am a happily married mother of two beautiful boys. In 1993 I was in a car accident that left me a quadriplegic (paralyzed from the neck down). Despite my disability I live life to the fullest refusing to let any obstacles stop me from being the best person that I can be which is one of the reasons that inspired me to create this website.

I want to share with you a little bit about my life, the things I like to do, my inspirations, how I don’t let my disability interfere with me being the best wife and parent I know how to be.  Despite my injury I try to lead a normal life as possible especially for the sake of my children.  One thing I refuse is to let my disability run my life or get the best of me despite the future trials and tribulations I may face.

I want to be an inspiration to those with and without disabilities and hopefully I can do it through this website and my insights of life I may share with you.  As this site prospers I want to be able to share information especially to those who truly need it, answer questions you may have, supply resources and so much more.

Please remember this is only the beginning and as I take you on this journey feel free to ask questions, supply information or just comment on what you think and how you feel. :)Teena
